My name is Micheal O'Neil, Owner and FULL time operator of North West Fishing with Mike O'Neil. I am a 3rd generation fishing guide. 

Raised to be a fishing guide all my life, I started working as a deck hand on a charter boat (for my father) when I was only 9 years old. I started guiding Alaska's Kasilof river when I was 14 years old, then started Washingtons coastal rivers when I was 15 after a full season in the Kasilof. Now at 26 yrs old I have been guiding FULL TIME for 13 years (when not in school and a few days I should have been)!! 


I winter in Aberdeen WA, a short trip north or south land me in of the most productive Salmon and Steelhead rivers Washington state has to offer. For our Fall Salmon and Winter Steelhead we call the following rivers home Hoh, Queets, Humptulips, Wynoochee and Satsop Rivers. For the summer we call Alaska home, fishing Alaska's Kenai and Kasilof rivers as well as Alaska's Cook Inlet for salt water Kings and Halibut!!

Having grown up in a Guide Service I pride myself in providing a fun, safe experience with %100 customer satisfaction. Most importantly, we know there will be good days and slow days, we never have a bad day. The goal is to have fun and we surely accomplish that!!
